At the start of every “Healthy Cooking Live!” event I relate the details of my own experience with lifestyle modification and tell everyone what I’m doing at Whole Foods. Responding to requests I’m doing an “Introduction-Tasting.” I’ll be speaking for 90 minutes in much more detail than time will allow at any other event and then we’ll be tasting 4 of the recipes that I demonstrate in longer cooking demonstrations. I will also be introducing folks to many of the ingredients that I use and we’ll have a chance to taste those and discuss how they are used in the recipes we taste.

We’ll be identifying some specific strategies I used to jump start and keep me on the path that helped me loose 70 pounds and keep it off...as well as normalize a cholesterol level of 403 and triglyceride level of 1070!
