I have a 25 year proven track record of producing results on high-end international resort properties as an Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director and General Manager.  I’ve seen back of the house operations in hundreds of the top resorts in the West Indies where I functioned as an Instructor for the training arm of the Caribbean Hotel Association and have opened 13 food and beverage facilities as the lead food and beverage consultant.

In June of 2010 I took over the kitchen operations of an established downtown restaurant here in Columbus for one month allowing the owners to take their time hiring the right Chef rather than being rushed into a quick, but less than ideal decision.

I can also assist with developing some new healthy menu items targeted specifically at your clientele.
