A Plated Meat-Free, Oil-Free, Dairy-Free,
Low Sodium Gourmet Extravaganza!

Changes, Changes, Changes...and changes again.  After some more much appreciated comments from supporters I’ve decided to stick with what I'm doing right now and that's teaching people how to cook a plant-based diet and finish the book on CD.  Plated dinners are going to have to wait until a restaurant is in the picture...sorry to wet your appetite and then yank it away...stay tuned!

Still think meat-free, oil-free, dairy-free, no-added sugar, low-sodium, unprocessed food has to be boring? You won’t after this meal! I wouldn’t be embarrassed to serve this meal in any of the top resorts and restaurants in which he’s been an Executive Chef and nearly 100% of everything on this menu will fit perfectly into a John McDougall, Caldwell Esselstyn, Neal Barnard, Dean Ornish, Joel Fuhrman, Hans Diehl, style healing diet!

I will introduce every course and talk you through the production of the elements that make up every plate and then you get to watch as I and my professional chef assistants plate and serve each course to you in the Salud Lifestyle School open kitchen environment! A more than 12 page recipe booklet fully describing each item in the meal is included!

Come celebrate the holiday season in true healthy epicurean style, but get a seat fast there is only room for 28 people and they go on a first come-first serve basis!

Look for one of these gourmet extravaganzas once every other month in 2010!
